My topic: The change in restructuring the management team in Cathay Pacific

Cathay Pacific changed the CEO in 2017 after reporting a loss of HK$575 million in 2016, my research paper is going to find the difference management way and decision between the new and old CEO. Talk about what the new CEO did to stop the loss, and which decision makes the company lose.
