Write a brief reflection in which you describe your role as a follower within an organization (ex. job, school group, volunteer activity, community involvement, etc.) and discuss ways in which you demonstrated being a good follower OR ways in which you would have improved the dynamic if you had the chance to do it over again.  Explain how you were (or were not) a resource to your leader (for some ideas go to exhibit 7.3 on page 209 of your textbook).
